[dropcap] I [/dropcap]interviewed Jay Janson (http://chinarising.puntopress.com/2016/12/24/music-and-revolution-the-amazing-life-story-of-jay-janson-on-china-rising-radio-sinoland-161224/) a while back and last summer, met him in New York City, along with Ramsey Clark, whom I have also interviewed (http://chinarising.puntopress.com/2017/01/21/ramsey-clark-a-life-of-indomitable-courage-talks-with-jeff-j-brown-on-china-rising-radio-sinoland-170120/), and with whom he works.
Jay is quite a guy, over 85 years old and still fighting the good fight for a fairer and more just world, which means standing up to Western empire and its colonialist elites. When I’m having a pity party and feeling sorry for myself, I think about Jay, 20 years older than me, still giving it hell. He is an inspiration for untold numbers of people around the world.
