This is especially true for Donald Trump. When fellow socialist and communists are discussing the positive actions and policies that Trump has implemented, or which were blocked by the deep state – efforts that no Republicans, Democrats and Western leaders have the courage to try or back, you know we are living in an aberrated world of hypocrisy, inverted totalitarianism – spewed out by the Big Lie Propaganda Machine (BLPM). For better and for worse, Trump and Trumpism have struck a chord in the minds and hearts of at least half of the United States, making them think and consider, on both the left and the right.

I cannot be the first of few to highlight areas of ideological overlap between American Republicanism and Communism, though I am certain I am far between. I am downright puzzled by the blackout of “Left-wing” support for Trumpism. The most prodigious websites calling out blatant election fraud, for instance, are usually of alt-right-wing Libertarian orientation mixed with sotto voce evangelical background music.
I do not say this to denigrate either the alt-right Libertarian movement nor evangelical Christianity but to rub bleary eyes in astonishment as to why no express, explicit, capital C-Communist website out there manifestly, unequivocally, and indisputably backs Donald Trump. Why isn’t the exposure of fraud the business of Comrades? Why do not even the zaniest, most out-there, alt-Left tankie websites exist in solidarity with Trump in equal variety, at the very least in this singular battle against election fraud?
I get that nomenclature matters. To most on team Trump, even the faintest whiff of the term “socialist” (let alone Marxist or Communist) would quickly eviscerate to our alt-right brothers and sisters even the sincerest act of solidarity by Comrades, turning the lot of alt-left-wingers into personas non-grata. But surely we can unite for the time being in our hatred of the “post-ideological” poster boys (and girls). Surely we can be united in our equal championing of (albeit competitor) ideologies.
That is, at least both of us have the guts to admit we have ideologies—meaning duties, obligations, beliefs, and commitments towards common, ordinary, and everyday people and their struggles. We may differ in our respective ways of carrying out such struggle, but fundamentally we are, or ought to be, united in our hatred of those who pat themselves on the back for having no commitments at all, for getting away with whatever is allowed to be gotten away with.
Make no mistake, to Liberal Democrats the obvious fact that fraud actually occurred is of no consequence. Psychological denial can easily pick up the slack. What matters is if they can get away with such fraud. If they do, reality is set and their gambit is subsequently “on the right side of history.” After all, to their temperate secular consciences, no higher law of justice or conscience exists to suggest otherwise. The commitment to complete the act of fraud for the good of the nation is the only moral sentiment grounding the Liberal worldview.
To begin this work of mutual, reinforcing acts of recognition and solidarity (between radical, off-the spectrum alt-right and radical, off-the-spectrum alt-left movements) will require courage on both sides. Moreover, I must continually emphasize the radical-alt-left movement because as it stands, whatever constitutes the ordinary Left in popular lexicon is fast being rebranded over, watered down to such a dramatic and remarkable degree that the term Left is fast being massaged into the general global consciousness as “everything that is wrong with capitalism.”
As capitalism degenerates further, the tendency to hoard while the hoarding is good will only accelerate. Carcasses left strewn by previous generations of plunder will be exhumed and plundered repeatedly. Every last ounce of wealth is being extracted from even non-living flesh. Yet generations of “lesser of two evil” siege mentality on the part of Leftists have rendered any genuine and radical Left movement not only decrepit and crippled in face of one of capital’s most audacious moves in living memory (the stealing of a US Presidential election) but non-existent. There is simply no coordinated alt-left-wing pushback to one of the most flagrant crimes capital has ever committed in human history. Indeed, Leftists are doing all they can to promote Biden’s transition, recognizing his shortcomings while insistent that he is a candidate we can “pressure.”
This not only shows extreme tactical weakness but a level of moral depravity and defeatism on the part of Leftists that is in no way infectious. Such hedging will be and is being rejected by the people. Leftists who believe they are speaking on the people’s behalf must be interested in how they are perceived by the people. To go along with the crimes of capital in such obsequious fashion for the “good of the nation” is a move of depraved moral hypocrisy from which the Left can never recover.
The Left, both old and new, has succumbed to capitalism’s vile rebranding campaign which makes of capitalism’s failures veritable “externalities” (variables existing outside of the effective functioning of markets proper), which are then placed, like piles of steaming dung, at the foot of left-wing Marxist-Communist global plots or conspiracies. The audaciousness and effectiveness of this rebranding campaign is truly mind-boggling and Leftists who cannot perceive being branded thus will facilitate this ad-campaign simply by continuing to apologize for Biden (or Hillary or Obama or Pelosi or whomever) as the “lesser-of-two-evils.”
The propaganda assault ongoing and still unknown to a large part of the Left community is a lexical coup d’état. The preposterous notion of “Left-wing globalism” is being adopted even by the Left! The Left should have nothing to do with and want absolutely nothing to do with any type of globalism whatsoever. Central banking and globalism are two of capitalism’s dirtiest shirts. They have nothing to do with Communism. The Left should easily be on the propaganda offensive here, far out in front of the comically absurd proposition that globalism is some sort of Marxist global agenda. In fact, everything about globalism (or monopoly capitalism) was long ago predicted by Marx. Our alt-right brothers and sisters can surely hear Marx’s message to this effect in the following quotation by David Harvey (paraphrasing Marx):
What Marx suggests is that even if the market economy begins with small-scale, highly competitive firms, it is almost certainly going to be rapidly transformed through centralization of capital and end up in a state of oligopoly or monopoly. The result of competition, he says elsewhere, is always monopoly. Processes therefore exist internal to the capitalist dynamic that are inherently disruptive to the theory of how perfect markets work. The problem is that markets and the struggle for relative surplus-value cannot coexist for long without centralization kicking in and disrupting decentralized decision making in freely functioning markets.
In short, real Lefties have no business apologizing for the swamp. The swamp is the natural byproduct of competition whereby established wealth seeks to consolidate its gains through laws and government patronage. The revolving door between Wall St. and the White House is a natural byproduct of unrestrained free-market capitalism.
To our alt-right brothers and sisters who believe this to be a feature of “Communist” regimes, i.e., the fleecing of the people via government overreach, I would argue here that it is less that government initiates such fleecing as much as government of, by and for the people is eviscerated and hollowed out by private interests run amok. Corporations take over government, not vice versa—a phenomenon more akin to fascism than Communism. If one is not yet ready to commit to Marxism or Communism as bulwark, a central tenet of Trumpism duly suffices: fair-market rather than free-market capitalism. To such an end, Comrades and American Republicans can easily work in solidarity and mutual trust, though here, Leftists and Liberals need not apply. In fact, both must needs be excommunicated.
As the lexical damage is so great, so ingrained, no longer should any respectable Comrade welcome the moniker “Left” or “Leftist” in any capacity. It simply distorts reality without describing it and is of no use to real Marxists and Communists. Leave such putrid slogans and sloganeering to AOC and her squad. This ilk not only comprises the swamp but is integral to its functioning. Their willingness to be duped time and time again breeds the propaganda cover the globalist swamp requires to fleece not only US citizens but the global proletariat. Communists must never be willing to “work with” Leftists of any stripe, which is simply to collude in a hyper-reality-distortion propaganda campaign. Liberals and Leftists are now synonymous.
Moreover, neither a Liberal nor a Leftist ought ever to be confused as a Communist, and this as a warning to Communists especially: Communists must not identify as Left at all. To do so is immediately to become a swamp creature.
So what are we? We are so far off today’s “legitimate” political spectrum and concerns that we are largely invisible, even to ourselves. Jumpstarting the long hard work of (self) recognition can begin by throwing our lot behind Trump and Trumpism, the only viable global movement that seeks to clip at the knees the power of capital.
Comrades don’t realize how much the Trumpian slogan of “fair” not “free” trade is a major upset to the status quo (even Bernie could not utter anything nearly so scandalous). That Trump is able to push such an agenda and avoid being called a Marxist is truly a linguistic and communicative feat. It should have been the Left all along asserting fair, not free trade.
Yet the Left has been willing to go along with globalist trends in hopes of scoring meaningless identity-based Brownie points. The Left has largely abandoned direct critiques of economic and trade policy in order to curry favor with corporate movements, whether LGBTQ activism or Black Lives Matter. The Left has sided with global branding campaigns worldwide, pushing “human rights” over social and economic rights and forgoing any discussion of fair trade as concomitant with looney-toon fringe activism.
Astonishing that it took a billionaire real-estate magnate as President to make such discussion respectable again. This is one reason Trump is excoriated by the globalists for sure, but also by the Left. Trump has not only done what they have never done, but what they have never attempted to do over the past 30 years. The Left has never taken up the plight of America’s deplorables. Fair trade broaches issues of social and economic rights. Since the Left does not say anything at all about these issues, Trumpers are loaded with legitimate ammunition. The evisceration of social and economic rights for the American worker is, in a real way, all the Left’s fault.
Comrades must accept this as true! It is all the Left’s fault. It was never a neo-con hustle but a neo-Liberal hustle all along. As such, in order to signal genuine concern for the people, Communists must no longer associate in any meaningful way with the cancerous Left-wing propaganda colossus. Whatever Biden, Harris and the DNC are, they are a grotesque Leviathan created by the most cynical and corrupt aspects of global capitalism.
Communists must be willing to wag their fingers at Liberal-Leftists most of all, decrying both their shortsighted championing of bourgeois human rights and their tendency to cheerlead rather than oppose monopoly capital. Admonitions of “I told you so” should be directed not at alt-right religious movements. Whether or not God actually exists or is “on our side” in any material sense is irrelevant. If the idealist belief in a higher power gives the alt-Right movement a better ability not only to see through “secular” propaganda but even assert genuine faith-based concern for families and communities, Comrades ought to make headway and seek to build lines of solidarity in this direction.
Marxist critique of idealist philosophy and religion seeks to diminish the gulf between alienating bureaucratic structures (of either the Church or government) and the people to put power directly in the people’s hands. Yet nowadays, the distance separating idealist philosophy and materialist reality is hardly mediated by religious institutions but by a distorted, deranged and dangerous sense of atheistic Liberal righteousness far more divorced from material reality.
Arrogant Liberal atheism (not scripture) creates fake news. The rise of metaphysical image-oriented psyops creates an unbridgeable chasm between perceived media eidolons via the MSM and the material facts of everyday lived relations. Quite frankly, stubborn allegiance to God is a better indicator of one’s willingness to see past Liberal-atheist propaganda to assert as true a more nuanced and earned understanding of reality. The MSM is truly the opiate of the masses; and these masses are Liberal, educated, and secular. In this, there should not be even an inkling of doubt for either alt-Left Comrades or alt-Right evangelicals.
It is well known that the Americans have been striving for 30 years to shake off this yoke, which has become intolerable, and that in spite of all they can do they continue to sink ever deeper in this swamp of corruption. It is precisely in America where we find two great gangs of political speculators, who alternately take possession of the state power and exploit it by the most corrupt means and for the most corrupt ends – and the nation is powerless against these two great cartels of politicians, who are ostensibly its servants, but in reality exploit and plunder it.
The yoke in question is the bloated bipartisan public and private institutions that abet and are abetted by elected representatives in fleecing the people; the swamp in America has become increasingly ferocious over the past 30 years. “Globalism” is a rebranding of the far more archaic “monopoly capitalism” and the far more sinister sounding “neo-liberalism.” But the above quotation by Engels in 1891, believe it or not, signals his sympathy for those being gutted by the swamp in the aftermath of the American Civil War. If history repeats itself, Comrades now have similar opportunity to side with the American people in their just struggle against duopolistic free-market capitalism again gone wild, this time under the propaganda cover of secular left-wing Liberalism.
If Marxists and Communists are willing to get on the ground with the people in their fight on the floor of state legislatures and elsewhere, we can begin at least to show ourselves and even others engaged in popular struggle that the propaganda branding of big money (Wall Street, the tech firms, and Silicon Valley) has nothing at all to do with Communism. Imagine! George Soros the Communist? Rockefeller Communism? The Communist Bilderberg Group? The Communist Trilateral Commission?
The lexical coup is attempting and in many ways succeeding in giving these conceptual absurdities semantic weight! Comrades must emphatically push back here and reject once and for all the lesser-of-two evils approach. Otherwise, we are immediately ensnared in the swamp. These groups are prima facie our common enemies and stating the obvious is the first step in growing a true bona fide Communist movement to take hold and take action in solidarity with our alt-right Republican brothers and sisters who are attempting to overturn this fake, farcical, and fraudulent election.

Since the end of the Cold War turbo charged capitalist neoliberal economics has let the air out of the labor movement and the progressive left leaving empty shells.
The US is now under the direct control of a ‘center’ of neocons, neolibs, liberals, fake conservatives, intel agencies, Wall Street, with the filthy rich warmongering button pushing elites running the show. The myth of America from before the 1990’s no longer exists (if it ever existed).
