I don’t think they would and both sides would deny they have bio weapons. The secrecy keeps the fear and brink of total War a reality. There is no real drive on both sides for a Comprehensive Peace Agreement to save our planet is there? This is the root of the Weapons of mass destruction Threat. Like the folk song of the 60’s. Jim, of course Russia and China have biolabs to defend themselves in their own countries, not 326 of them spread strategically around the world at the doorsteps of the West’s many perceived enemies.
Since WWI, the West has an endless MO of using chemical, biological and entomological weapons across the planet and on its own citizens. That is not true for CSAI countries, which are targeted by Eurangloland.
