This is Jeff J. Brown, founder of China Rising Radio Sinoland, Seek Truth From Facts Foundation, and the China Writers Group, as well as co-founder and curator of the Bioweapon Truth Commission. Today’s interesting and somewhat sordid podcast article is entitled “Top Level Chinese Children’s Textbook Artist Busted for Publishing Western Wokist Materials. I’ve reported on this for years. Termites in the woodwork”.
You can see I have two articles here that I’ve already published, one back in 2020 titled “The Fight for China’s Communist Socialist Soul Rages On In Its Textbooks And On All Its Social Media”. And then the next one in 2022 “China Writers Group Discussion Thread Toxic Textbooks Sound Ideological Security Alarm From Infiltration”. And then today, 2024 I would like to thank Zhao DaShuai on Twitter, who brought to my attention the current case of the former dean of the School of Design of the Central Academy of Fine Arts has been busted.
The Central Academy is right up there. That’s way up there in the hierarchy and he got busted. And first off, you’re going to be asking, well, how can this happen? Well, this can happen because first off, in the 1980s and 90s, after the Mao Era which was mean and clean during the Deng Xiaoping era they opened the floodgates to Western pop culture. And so we were there in the 1990s, and they had reruns of Friends and Dallas and Baywatch and Miami Vice and Roseanne and Seinfeld and trashy movies, you know, what my good friend and colleague Wei Ling Chua in the China Writers’ Group likes to call Tittytainment.
And not only did the government let in all of these trashy movies and trashy. For you, they’re not trashy but for traditional conservative Chinese culture, they are very, very trashy. And any movie that comes into China that has a sex scene and is cut out and all you’re going to see is a warm embrace and maybe a couple falling on the bed, and that’s it. The rest is cut out. So the Chinese are socially conservative and they do not like tittytainment and they do not like erotic sex especially the Wokist materials being foisted on their children.
And the reason they were able to get into the textbooks is George Soros and all kinds of, thousands before they passed the foreign NGO Control Law in 2020, there were 7500 foreign NGOs in China, and the government admittedly did not know what the hell they were doing. Many of those were Western NED National Endowment for Democracy, subversive George Soros-type NGOs.
And they were polluting ministries and planting termites in the woodwork to subvert Chinese culture. And that’s what these two articles that I did earlier were about. This guy got busted because he was working with the Hunan. He was working with Hunan Province. That’s another thing you’re asking why is this able to happen is because, in China, there is no national curriculum.
They are at the provincial level because obviously, Muslims in Xinjiang and Buddhists in Tibet have different values that they want to portray in their textbooks for their children. Then say someone from Guangdong where Shenzhen is or Beijing or Shanghai or in the interior in a smaller province. So, these books are published at the provincial level. So there’s no real national control. And again, as I pointed out in my two articles in 2020 and 2022, it’s parents who come forward and start complaining. It ripples through the social media.
And then the people get caught and get busted. But they’re in there. They’re four years on and they are still termites in the woodwork trying to pollute the minds of Chinese children with Western Wokist pedophile type material. After my two articles here, I have a video. It’s in Chinese, but it’s only it’s 2.5 minutes long. But it is a video for parents to share with their children to be vigilant for perverted textbooks.
And so it shows you like animal characters talking about it and describing it, showing pictures of the girls with their panties and showing boys with their penises not exposed, but you can see their penises inside their pants and that kind of stuff. I have that for you. Then there is an article with an image of perverted textbooks. And I have that one for you different ones. And then what’s really fascinating is, is that there is actually a website called Honest And Upright. That’s what they actually call Xi Jinping Honest and Upright.
Qinglian is what it is in Chinese or free from corruption website. And it also has an article about the textbook scandal. So just imagine, here is a website in China called Honest And Upright or Free from Corruption and they just expose corruption all over China whenever they find it to keep reminding people to be vigilant and be careful, etc.. And so just a few pictures. Number one is she’s called Rabbit Girl sporting the kerchief of the Communist Youth League and not in school uniform and looking like Jodie Foster’s character Iris, the child prostitute in the movie Taxi Driver with Robert De Niro.
It is really, really trashy, very pedophilic. Then in the next one there in a math book, there’s a boy in a sexy pose with his tongue seductively sticking out. The hand symbol on the left is not abnormal. It is the sign for the number six. This is six in Chinese. Six, seven, eight, nine, and ten. Again sporting the Communist Youth League kerchief is doubly offensive for the Chinese people. Then in the next one, there’s a montage of different drawings, different textbooks showing boys’ penises augmented in the pictures sticking out of their pants, and then one even has an erection a boy with a child with an erection, very pedophilic.
And then in the lower right-hand corner of that montage, it shows a girl trying to grab a boy’s member. Then there’s one here where it shows a girl playing jump rope, and she’s exposing her panties so you can see her panties as her dress flips up in the wind. And then finally in the last one, there are a couple of repeats, but there’s one of a girl holding a phallic-like object.
It’s actually like a shawl or something that she’s got over her shoulder.
But the way she’s grabbing it, it’s hard to see, but they drew it so that it looked like a penis sticking up out of her hand. And then down in the lower right-hand panel cartoon, it shows a boy grabbing a girl’s breast from behind. These are kids, these are like grade school kids. And then another boy lifting up the skirt of a girl at school. So really awful. And then I have Zhao DaShuai’s X tweet. Then I have an article I found in Chinese, and you’re welcome to it.
I translated it in AI about Song Xiewei a professor of the Central Academy of Fine Arts who has been taken down and I did AI translation. If you have five minutes, it’s just interesting to see how the Chinese approach probity, honesty, corruption, perversion, etc. The language is definitely not something you see in the United States or anywhere in the West for that matter. In that article, not only was the Central Academy of Fine Art’s former Dean taken down but they even went in and identified three other educators who were taken down not for perversion but for just corruption, bribery, influence, etc.
I’ve done previous posts about corruption control in China. No other country that I know of. I know except China is doing this, except Vietnam. I think that when Xi Jinping visited the Premier, the president, and the party secretary in Vietnam, Vietnam realized that if the country was going to continue to advance and if the people were going to continue to have confidence in the government, they had to clean up corruption. So a couple of years ago they started doing it. And they’re taking down some big figures in Vietnam.
And so they’re playing the same card as China for the long-term benefit of the people and maintaining the good management that the Communist Party of Vietnam offers the people. So it doesn’t matter how good you are if you’re surrounded by maggots and termites and thieves and knaves and pedophiles, your government is not going to last very long, although they’re continuing to last in the West and that’s the way it is there.
I thought this was just very interesting that this is still on. You know, it’s still a problem. They are clearly back until 2012 when XI Jinping was elected president. So this was going on for 30 years and it really up until they passed the foreign NGO law in 2020. So it was going on for almost 40 years western cultural perversion was being how do you want to say it injected into education in China with the hopes of undermining the country, overthrowing the Chinese Communist Party, installing a slut like all the leaders in the West, South Korea, Bongbong Marcos and the Philippines, Japan, Australia, New Zealand, etc., etc., etc.
So, enjoy reading these old articles. There really especially the one with the China Writers Group discussion where various members of the group responded to something that I had posted and the video is fun for the children if you have a couple of minutes. And then of course, checking out these images shows just how un-Chinese and offensive these kinds of textbooks are for the Chinese people, the parents, and the children.
This is Jeff J. Brown signing out. Thank you. And have a wonderful day.

The perversion is lower than the west, BUT we have a zero tolerance for corrupting our youths.
Considering the level of perversion, if we were in charge of the US we’d have their entire education department shot. pic.twitter.com/J1TuGBODIQ

Suspected of serious violations of duty, a professor of the Central Academy of Fine Arts “falls”
Luwang 2024-07-04 20:43
According to the website of the Henan Provincial Commission for Discipline Inspection and Supervision on July 3, Song Xiewei (director-level), former dean of the School of Design of the Central Academy of Fine Arts, is suspected of serious violations of duty and is currently under investigation by the Central Commission for Discipline Inspection and the National Supervisory Commission’s Discipline Inspection and Supervision Group in the Ministry of Education and the Xuchang Municipal Supervisory Commission of Henan Province. Public information shows that Song Xiewei was born in July 1963.
He was the dean of the School of Design of the Central Academy of Fine Arts, a professor, a doctoral supervisor, a member of the Academic Committee of the Central Academy of Fine Arts, the vice president of the Graduate School of the Central Academy of Fine Arts, the vice president of the Academy of Science and Technology of the Central Academy of Fine Arts, a member of the 8th Design Discipline Evaluation Group of the State Council Academic Degree Committee, and the deputy director of the Design Discipline Steering Committee of the Ministry of Education, etc.
He enjoys the State Council allowance. In December 2023, after resigning as the dean of the School of Design of the Central Academy of Fine Arts, Song Xiewei also served as the chairman of the review committee at the Hunan Provincial College Students Digital Media Creative Design Competition on June 23 this year. The Central Academy of Fine Arts is the only higher art school directly under the Ministry of Education, and currently has 16 professional colleges and departments. Among them, design is a national “double first-class” construction major.
Song Xiewei (data map) On June 5, the Central Academy of Fine Arts just held the 2024 Comprehensive Strict Party Governance Work Conference and Warning Education Conference. Party Secretary Gao Hongzuo emphasized at the meeting that we must persist in deepening the style of work, adhere to the integrated promotion of not daring to be corrupt, not being able to be corrupt, and not wanting to be corrupt, and continuously expand the depth and breadth of the anti-corruption struggle, and promote the normalization and long-term effectiveness of preventing and controlling corruption; we must strengthen discipline education and discipline enforcement, strictly and practically strengthen the management and supervision of party organizations and leading cadres at all levels, and strengthen the party’s discipline construction with a strict tone; we must carry forward the spirit of thorough self-revolution, forge the iron army of discipline inspection and supervision with higher standards, normalize the elimination of bad apples, and resolutely prevent and control “darkness under the light”, so as to provide strong guarantees for promoting the high-quality development of school work in the new journey.
On the same day that Song Xiewei was investigated, the former party secretary of a national key university directly under the Ministry of Education was also reported to be investigated. On July 3, according to the Central Commission for Discipline Inspection and the National Supervisory Commission’s Discipline Inspection and Supervision Group in the Ministry of Education and the Jiangsu Provincial Commission for Discipline Inspection and Supervision, Chen Ligen, the former Party Secretary of Nanjing Agricultural University, is suspected of serious violations of discipline and law and is currently undergoing disciplinary review and supervision investigation by the Central Commission for Discipline Inspection and the National Supervisory Commission’s Discipline Inspection and Supervision Group in the Ministry of Education and the Jiangsu Provincial Supervisory Commission.
Chen Ligen (data map) Chen Ligen was born in October 1961 and joined the party in October 1984. He is from Changshu, Jiangsu Province. He started working in July 1986 and graduated with a doctorate in land resources management from Nanjing Agricultural University. He is a professor. Chen Ligen was the Party Secretary of the School of Land Management of Nanjing Agricultural University, Director of the Party Committee Office of Nanjing Agricultural University, Minister of the United Front Work Department (concurrently), Member of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of Xinjiang Agricultural University and Vice President, and Party Secretary of Shanxi Agricultural University.
In April 2018, Chen Ligen returned to Nanjing Agricultural University as Party Secretary until he stepped down in April 2023. According to the official website, Nanjing Agricultural University is a national key university directly under the Ministry of Education, with agriculture and life sciences as its advantages and characteristics, and coordinated development of multiple disciplines such as agriculture, science, economics, management, engineering, literature, and law. It is a key construction university of the national “211 Project”, a “985 Advantage Discipline Innovation Platform” and a “Double First-Class” construction university.
Judging from the previous reports of the Central Commission for Discipline Inspection and the National Supervisory Commission, the violations of discipline and law by corrupt officials in colleges and universities are mostly concentrated on using the convenience of their positions to make profits for others in the recruitment of teachers and employees, making profits for others and accepting property in engineering contracting, and illegally accepting huge amounts of property. From August to September 2023, two “top leaders” of music colleges were dismissed.
They are Dong Qinxue, former secretary of the Party Committee of Shenyang Conservatory of Music; Wang Xiuming, secretary of the Party Committee of Xinghai Conservatory of Music. After that, the two were notified of “double dismissal” in January and February this year respectively. Upon investigation, it was found that Dong Qinxue had lost his ideals and beliefs, betrayed his original mission, violated political discipline and rules, privately kept and read books with serious political problems, interfered with inspection work, transferred and concealed evidence, resisted organizational review, engaged in superstitious activities for a long time, and spent huge amounts of money to “build connections” to seek promotion; he ignored the spirit of the Central Committee’s eight regulations and illegally accepted gifts and cash; he violated organizational principles, failed to report personal matters in accordance with regulations, did not truthfully explain the problems when the organization inquired, and sought benefits for others in the selection and appointment of cadres; he illegally wrote off expenses, colluded with bidders during the bidding process, illegally intervened and intervened in the contracting of engineering projects, and damaged the business environment; he lost the bottom line of discipline and law, used the convenience of his position and the convenient conditions formed by his power or status to seek benefits for others in promotion and engineering contracting, and illegally accepted huge amounts of property.
Upon investigation, it was found that Wang Xiuming had lost his ideals and beliefs, betrayed his original mission, was disloyal and dishonest to the Party, and resisted organizational review; he ignored the spirit of the Central Committee’s eight regulations, illegally accepted gifts and gifts, borrowed vehicles of the objects of management and service for a long time without compensation, and accepted travel arrangements that may affect the fair performance of official duties; he violated organizational principles, failed to report personal matters in accordance with regulations, and illegally sought benefits for others and accepted property in the recruitment and promotion of cadres and employees; he engaged in power-for-money transactions, used his position to seek benefits for others in engineering contracting, and illegally accepted huge amounts of property.
Judging from the above-mentioned disciplinary notices, most of the “fallen” officials in colleges and universities made mistakes in personnel recruitment and using engineering projects to make money.
