James Bradley: Hello, this is James Bradley. I’m known as JB East, and I’m talking to you from Saigon. I’m connected with my buddy JB West way out there in the West. Hello, Jeff.

Jeff J Brown: Hey, James. How are you doing?

James: And I want to say to the audience, you’ve got a treat. You know that Jeff J. Brown was the first one that I know of to expose America’s bioweapons labs in Ukraine, and because almost the whole world is ignoring this, the US is doubling down, and you’re one of the few to be informed if you listen to Jeff Brown. So, let’s listen to Jeff. Take it away.

Jeff: Thank you, James, for that nice introduction. Folks, before we get started, I will be referring to several shows we did in the past and all the hyperlinks to the transcripts for easy referencing afterward. So, go to the website. Go to the web page where this show is, and in the transcript, will include all the hyperlinks to the relevant shows. The last time James and I did a program specifically about Western bioweapon manufacturing and use and of course, that drags in all of the NATO countries.

That was in February of 2023, and that was our show number 48 and today is show number 68. So, in the last 11 months, the Russian military Biological Weapon Research Group has researched everything that they have found, not only in the bioweapon laboratories they took control of in Ukraine, but they’ve also gathered a huge amount of research around the world among Americans and essentially NATO’s because America gets all the NATO countries involved 330 something bioweapon labs all across the world, including Europe and the United States, but of course also Latin America, Africa, Asia, etc.

I would like to go back to the fact that James and I were inspired to start our show JB West and JB East Present: See you in The Hague because in December of 2021, there was an International Criminal Court complaint that was submitted by Doctor Mike Yeadon, a former Pfizer vice president, and their chief scientist, and about ten other complainants. And they accused the high and the mighty. They accused British Prime Minister Boris Johnson, Tedros, the head of the World Health Organization, Bill and Melinda Gates, the four CEOs of Big Pharma, of course, Moderna, Johnson and Johnson, AstraZeneca, and Pfizer.

They also listed in their complaint Anthony Fauci of the National Institutes of Health, Klaus Schwab, head of the World Economic Forum, and Peter Daszak of the EcoHealth Alliance, all rightfully accused of war crimes for the Covid plandemic and genocidal Western mRNA genetic mutation shots, falsely calling them “vaccines”. James and I were so blown away that these heroes had the courage to go after such powerful people because the International Criminal Court has always attacked only, let’s face it, dark-skinned people from Africa and Asia.

The only exception is Slobodan Milosevic of Serbia and a frame-up case. But for Westerners, Slavic people might as well be honorary colored people anyway. And Uncle Slaughter will not allow the ICC to try to go after anybody in Latin America and Israel because it’s too close to the United States. So, this bravery was for James and me, absolutely amazing that this complaint was filed. This week, the Russian Bioweapon Research group that studies all of this mentioned these very same war criminals.

Thus, I thought it was a suitable time to close the circle about what they have found out since our last show almost a year ago. A quick review. Of course, the Russians are clearly, as James loves to talk about and is a brilliant researcher himself, connecting the dots, that is connecting the dots between people, meaning the perps, places like Bioweapon Labs, events like epidemics and pandemics, and things like bacteria and viruses. The Russians are now calling it their biological dossier.

The Russians have done a brilliant job of connecting Pfizer, Moderna, Eli Lilly, and Merck among Big Pharma with the US Democratic Party, naming Barack Obama, Joe Biden, and his son Hunter, Hillary Clinton, George Soros, and John Kerry. And if anybody wants to say anything about me reporting this, I’m a registered Democrat in Oklahoma. So, I’m not partial. Then in the US government, they have connected dots to all of these people that I just mentioned with the Department of Defense, the Department of Health and Human Services, the Department of State, and the Department of Energy.

Then on the military side, DARPA, which is the US Army’s research group, Walter Reed Army Hospital, Fort Detrick, which is the world’s largest bioweapon manufacturer right outside of Washington, DC. The National Institutes of Health (NIH) and the Center for Disease Control (CDC), both are a short drive from Fort Detrick the bioweapon production center, which is no coincidence. These last two entities sound helpful, but in fact, the CDC and NIH were created by the US Army after World War Two.

And even though they are ostensibly independent now, they are very much under the control of the US military.

On the intelligence side, we’ve got the CIA and USAID, then NGOs. We’ve got the Rockefeller Foundation, the Gates Foundation, George Soros, thousands of Open Society NGOs, and outfits like the EcoHealth Alliance, etc. In academia, we’ve got Ralph Baric at the University of North Carolina who created the COVID-19 coronavirus and weaponized it. Academia is completely compromised.

As James and I have reported, the University of Arizona, Texas A&M, Florida State University, John Hopkins University, Colorado State, and others have all been given military contracts for bioweapon production. Many, if not most of the land grant colleges in the United States have high-level biological and, let’s face it, biological weapon labs where they are doing research for the US military. These aforementioned connections were reported in our Show # 46, 48, and 50.

Then there are the defense corporations, mainly Black and Veatch, and Veatch, Metabiota, which is the one Hunter Biden, Joe Biden’s son, has invested millions in Metabiota, which gets lots and lots of bioweapon contracts. And then another one called by its acronym CH-2M HILL. We’ve covered this side of these Western war crimes in Show # 20, 21, 26, and 42.

Therefore, all of the above is the dot-connecting nexus of the biological weapon program in the United States. However, these programs are also in Germany, Austria, the United Kingdom, and other countries in Europe.

They’re also doing biological weapon work for the United States, plus the hundreds of other bioweapon labs across the Global South. Sad to say. They hide behind Orwellian-named organizations like the Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA), which is the exact opposite. It’s better called the Bioweapon Augmentation Development Agency. They have many Orwellian names like Biosafety Enhancement Program and Pandemic Preparedness Plan. All of this is thinly veiled doublespeak for biological weapon production.

Every month since the last time James and I did our last report on bioweapons in February of 2023, the Russians have come out with a monthly report filling in the blanks, connecting the dots between people, places, things, and events, and have come up with a massive amount of information. All of the people and organizations that they have mentioned have scoured the planet, but especially they started in Ukraine in the areas that they were able to take back and reincorporate into the Russian Federation, tens of thousands of pages of documents and evidence, plus physical evidence.

As I said, they’ve also not just in Ukraine, they’ve scoured the planet and have come up with tens of thousands of more pages of information that they have added to their collection. And this latest report that just came out on January 15th, the Russians presented something that caught my attention coming full circle in this week’s report, they mentioned the same people that inspired James and me back in December of 2021. They called out the same war criminals. It is a bulletproof case, closed to indict, convict, and then, like the Postwar Nuremberg trials, conduct lots and lots of hangings on the gallows.

In this latest report, among the 50 perpetrators identified, they accused Gina Haspel from the CIA, Alex Azar from the US Health and Human Services, and Anthony Fauci, head of the National Institutes of Health. They called out Alex Bourla, the CEO of Pfizer. Stephane Bancel, the CEO of Moderna, and Peter Daszak, the head of the EcoHealth Alliance. And they even report that EcoHealth Alliance launders money to wash all of these bioweapon projects around the world. In shows number 24, 60, and 65, James covered the Military-Industrial Complex, and US President Eisenhower and his farewell address back in 1961 when he left the White House.

Eisenhower said the military was going to take over the United States if we didn’t wake up. And of course, we didn’t wake up. And they have taken over the United States. Eisenhower also actually wanted to include the legislature and call it the Military-Legislative Industrial Complex, but to not irritate Congress, he removed the word legislature.

More recently, Ray McGovern, a retired CIA officer, expanded the MC acronym for Military Industrial Complex into MICKIMATT, which adds Intelligence, Congress, Media, Academia, and Think Tanks.

Thus, the Military Industrial Congressional Intelligence Media Academia Think Tank. So, that’s the MICKIMATT. Today James and I can officially add to MICKIMATT. We can say PMICKIMATT because we have to include Pharma in this acronym. PMICKIMATT. Why? Big Pharma is incredibly connected and tied into this Totalitarian Eugenic Complex. PMICKIMATT takes us into the World Health Organization, the World Economic Forum, the UN Agenda 2030, etc.

And as far as planned, pandemics, of course, in Davos this week, they’re already foreshadowing and getting us prepared for supposedly “Disease X”. So that they can roll out another Covid-like hysteria plandemic to make us wear masks, lock us in our homes, and forces us to get injected with genetic mutations and mRNA so-called vaccines. In October 2022, the Russians presented all this proof at the Biological and Toxin Weapons Convention, which James and I covered in Show # 42 (https://chinarising.puntopress.com/2022/11/02/wests-wmd-bioweapon-war-crimes-can-no-longer-be-hidden-by-the-big-lie-propaganda-machine-all-of-humanity-can-see-proof-of-its-ongoing-global-genocide-jb-west-and-jb-east-present-see-you-in-the-ha/), but unfortunately, it has no teeth so nothing could be done.

Nonetheless, the presentation was shown to the 190 member countries, bringing this to the forefront of the consciousness of the Global South and the Global Majority. Definitely not as much in the West although James and I are trying our hardest to overcome this handicap. And this week’s report, the Russians pointed out that despite this increased international awareness, the United States is doubling down on its biological bioweapon programs. The United States is writing legislation for increased funding.

They are brazenly increasing their efforts to augment bioweapon production in the country and around the world for what they lost in Ukraine and beyond. They are going to other countries around the planet to install more bioweapon labs, and more bioweapon programs for future war plans and plandemics. As James and I have pointed out, NATO is not only developing all kinds of viruses and bacteria to wipe out millions of people around the planet, but they are also adding genetic markers.

That way a particular bacteria or virus would wipe out only, for example, the Han race in China, or the Slavic people in Russia, or Arabs and Iranians in West Asia. Still, this is a global problem not only for Chinese and Russians but for everybody in the Western world. James and I have already reported that the West tests bioweapons on its own citizens, hundreds of thousands of them since the 1950s, which we reported in Show # 26. The Russians show maps where the spread of mosquitoes carrying deadly diseases has expanded dramatically across Europe.

And this spread aligns with the expansion of bioweapon lab installations where bioweapon labs go so go epidemics. Then, of course, there are scores of bioweapon labs all across the United States and Europe. So, James, since our first show in February of 2022, almost two years ago, the bioweapon dossier of the United States and NATO, the World Health Organization, the World Economic Forum, and Agenda 2030 are not abating, in fact, it is expanding right under our noses.

The only way that we’re going to be able to put a stop to this is if the people in the West are knowledgeable about it, understand this real threat to humanity, do something about it, and get engaged, whatever it takes. And for starters, we need a million-man march on Washington, D.C. against bioweapon production at Fort Detrick and all the US universities. So, James, unless you have any questions, that’s all I have today.

James: Any idea of the total monies? 30 labs? There’s 10 dollars?

Jeff: No, it’s it is hundreds of millions. It is hundreds of millions of dollars. We’ve reported that number. We’ve cited that number and it’s in the hundreds of millions. Since the 1950s, it’s in the billions. It’s in the billions of dollars since the 1950s. All of this bioweapon production and use because as I pointed out, where these bioweapon labs go, they let these bugs go locally to test them out around their bioweapon labs to see what kind of how infectious they are or how deadly they are. We’ve seen this in countries like Georgia in the Caucus in, Egypt and elsewhere in West Africa with Ebola. They released these bugs locally to see what happens. To see if their genetic mutations of these viruses and bacteria are more lethal than they were before. And so, yeah, it’s a total over the last 70 years, it’s in the billions of dollars.

James: And then when you say awareness if you just took the transcript of what you just said, can I go to a congressional committee and find the same facts in testimony in the last two months?

Jeff: Well, in the United States.

James: What is the awareness in Congress?

Jeff: Well, in the US Congress, not much and I think the awareness in Europe, not much, because there’s so much censorship and so much protecting the US military. You and I have talked about this, the US military has at least one installation, that hires people, and either stores or does things in every one of the congressional districts in the United States. So, our Congress, unfortunately, protects the US military.

And they surely do not want to expose this, because it may risk losing jobs in their district. But in the Global South and the Global Majority, I think the awareness is greater, because of all of the diplomatic development that Russia has made in Africa and is making in Africa and especially, in the Middle East and West Asia and, also in Asia. So, I think, there is unfortunately in the West, Australia, New Zealand Europe, North America, the United States, and Canada, unfortunately not so much.

James: So, if I was in Congress and read all the testimony of the last six months on everything going on, I would learn more in this summary by you about 330 labs. Is that true? I haven’t read this. I haven’t seen the headline in any newspaper 330 Labs America increasing.

Jeff: Yeah. Well, maybe Ron Johnson, from your great home state of Wisconsin, Senator Ron Johnson, maybe Ron Paul, and some of these others might be interested in seeing some of this, but whether or not they would be able to have any impact, I don’t know. It’s really interesting because back in 2015, Congress did get concerned. They found out that Anthony Fauci and Ralph Baric were weaponizing coronavirus COVID, and they passed a law that said that there could be no more weaponization.

They call it a Gain of Function, which is a 25-cent word for weaponizing. So, Congress passed a law in 2015 saying that the United States could no longer weaponize bacteria and viruses to create bioweapons. And so, what did Anthony Fauci and Ralph Baric do? Well, Anthony Fauci gave Ralph Baric a $5 million contract to weaponize Covid which ended up being COVID-19, the one that was later used.

And what did Ralph Baric do? Well, he just took all of his information, knowledge, and experience and went to Wuhan and paid them $3 million of the $5 million to do the weaponization. And he showed them how to do it and everything else. So, I think Congress is probably there must be some institutional awareness of what’s going on. My gosh. Fort Detrick is only a short drive outside of Washington, D.C., and everybody must know that it’s the bioweapon production center for the entire planet.

So, maybe they’re just trying to sweep it under the carpet and hoping that nothing happens. But we’re talking about a potential wipeout of humanity, or at least a large part of humanity. If something here goes wrong or the US military wants to try to wipe out China, wipe out Han, wipe out the Slavs and Russia, wipe out Arabs and Iranians in West Asia, we’re talking potentially billions of people dying. So, I don’t know why they aren’t doing something about it. I have no idea, James.

James: Well, when we started this, I thought it’d be over by now. I thought this would be exposed. And people would be screaming to shut it down, not have our taxes go to it. But I think their ability to censor increasingly surprised me. And then the willingness of highly educated Americans to go along with the censorship is also has surprised me. I’m admitting to being naive.

Jeff: Yeah, yeah. Let’s hope that, I mean, I appreciate all these marches in Washington and San Francisco and elsewhere in New York for this cause and that cause. But if the human race ever needs a million-man march against US bioweapon production, we need it now. First off, people don’t realize that the United States and Europe are testing bioweapons on their people. Of course, James, you and I have gone through this a hundred times a lot of people refuse to admit that COVID is a US-manufactured and created bioweapon, and they refuse to admit that the Western, Big Pharma, jabs are a bioweapon.

And so as long as people are in denial about that and that those so-called vaccines and Covid 19 SARS-CoV-2 are a direct result of America’s bioweapon program. Until they wrap their heads around that, they’re going to continue to be like ostriches with their heads in the sand, and America is going to continue to just get away with literal crimes against humanity. That’s a sad situation.

James: Well, I just talked to a friend and I said, I think when we die, Wikipedia will say Oswald killed Kennedy and Covid came from a bat cave and the shots were safe and effective.

Jeff: Yeah. Yeah, that’s the power of censorship and propaganda.

James: Yeah, that’s where we’re at. So, I really tip my hat to you for being able to squeeze all of this into that compact podcast. And I hope people are listening. Everyone listening, why don’t you send this to five friends? It’s all documented. It’s not like Jeff is making this up. Its documented. It’s written down. Biolabs exist. They have doors and locks and keys and contracts. We’ve figured out some of the academics. So, it’s a fact. Send this on to five people and maybe we can save humanity.

And as one of the best researchers in literature you I’m sure, admire the Russians for the incredible job they’ve done contextualizing all this and going not just in Ukraine but around the world. I’m sure that Russian intelligence is probably helping this bioweapon research group in Russia. I’m sure that Russian intelligence is in Africa because there are so many labs in Africa, Asia, and the Middle East where Russia has strong diplomatic connections.

I’m sure that Russia is what is it, the FSB, I think it’s called now. The FSB is gathering information for them and I’m sure they’ve got several terabytes of documentation now. And again, go to all of these shows that James and I did and look at them, I mean, it’s the evidence is there. And then go to the Bioweapon Truth Commission (www.bioweapontruth.com). I promise this week I’ll update all the added information from the last 11 months because I’ve just been so busy and it’s all there.

I mean, it’s just like it’s a case-closed conviction and there’s no wiggle room and it’s awful that the United States and NATO are able to get away with this. And that’s why James and I are talking to you all today. And we’ve got to get the word out.
